All products bought from the Reuseall app are eligible for return within 60 days (8 weeks) from the order date. In case of a damaged product received, send us a video proof within 1 day of receiving it, and we will examine the video. If we find a genuine issue, we will issue a new product or refund your order.  Refunds are processed on the same day of the return, and the amount is credited to the original payment method. All returned products must be in their original condition.
